Our Culture

At Innospec, we fully endorse a culture where people are rewarded and recognised for the performance they give. We have introduced processes to demonstrate this such as an all employee stock option grant so everyone can share in the success of Innospec and a unified approach to rewarding performance through our global bonus scheme.

Culture can be a difficult topic to explain and can be more of a feeling or behaviours that are demonstrated rather than something more tangible. At Innospec, we aspire to a culture that says:
